Smokey Cauliflower Tacos with Fresh Salsa, Avocado & Lime:

  • Tacos (soft) – can use bigger wraps if smaller taco wraps are unavailable

  • One cauliflower

  • Smoked paprika

  • Cumin

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Oil

  • Tomato (1 per person)

  • Spring onion (1 per person)

  • Coriander

  • Lime

  • Avocado 

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chipotle paste (spicy version) or mango chutney (non-spicy!)

  • Jalapenos (optional!)
